We monitor the performance of our network 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and if we pick up any issues we sort them out quickly.
Planned work
We do plan maintenance for the network and our equipment from time to time, too. We’ll always plan to do it outside of peak times. We’ll give you a heads up by email if we need to interrupt your service for this work and keep you up to date while it’s happening.
Emergencies
Sometimes we need to do emergency work, like when there’s been damage to our underground or overhead fibres. We’ll tell you as soon as we can, keep you up to date, and work quickly to get your service back up and running smoothly.
