If you’re on a fixed term contract we won’t apply a Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase so the amount you pay for your service will not change during your contract. It may change if you choose to purchase new or upgraded services.
As you get closer to the end of your fixed term contract we’ll get in touch with your options for recontracting. Our Loyalty Promise means you can choose from the same offers available to new customers when you renew.
If you don’t recontract you’ll pay our standard rolling monthly package price, which may change at any time. We’ll always let you know about any important changes before they happen.
