Can I cancel my broadband?

We’re sorry if you want to leave us, you have the right to cancel at any time, but you may be charged an Early Termination Fee. Please get in touch to let us know.

If you joined us recently and you’re still in your 14 day cooling-off period - it starts from the date of your order confirmation email, sent when you placed your order - you can cancel your broadband and leave us without having to pay an Early Termination Fee.

If you’re on a Monthly Rolling Package with no Fixed Term commitment you need to give us 30 days notice. You won’t have to pay an Early Termination Fee to leave.

If you’re on a package with a Fixed Term Contract , you need to give us at least 30 days notice to cancel your service. You can leave during the contract term but an Early Termination Fee may be charged.

If you have more than one product with us, such as YouMesh or YouPhone, the contracts may be linked.

If you’re switching to another provider through an approved switching process (e.g. One Touch Switch) your contract will end on the date your switch completes.
