What happens at the end of my contract?

We’ll email you 40 days before the end of your contract to tell you all your options.

Of course, we’d love to keep you as a customer - You can choose to stay with us out of contract, on a rolling monthly basis or re-contract to another fixed term package or monthly package.

Our Loyalty Promise means you can choose from the same offers available to new customers when you renew.
