What is YouPhone?
It uses your broadband to make and take calls, instead of a copper landline, it’s similar tech to WhatsApp and Skype. Also known as VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) it’s the future of clearer, cheaper phone calls and will keep you ahead of the BT analog switch off.
How long will it take to port my number?
It’s usually quick, but it can take up to 30 days, it depends on your current provider.
Your broadband service with us will go live first, and once your number port completes your current service will be cancelled.
