What is YouMesh?

It’s our mesh solution to help get signal to the Wi-Fi not-spots around your home – places where the signal just can’t seem to reach.

What’s a mesh solution?

It means you add one (or more) Wi-Fi boosters around your home, in addition to your main router. Each one boosts the Wi-Fi signal, so it reaches further, and it keeps the speed up, too, allowing you to roam around your home seamlessly with less chance of dropouts or slowdowns.

By adding our YouMesh Wi-Fi 7 boosters around your home, you’ll get the signal to reach through thick walls, steel in extensions, or even up to loft rooms. Place them anywhere you struggle to get a Wi-Fi signal.

YouMesh can be added to any of our broadband packages. You’ll pay monthly for an extra Wi-Fi 7 booster and can add more if you need them.

How to position your YouMesh Booster

Your Booster is like a middleman: it needs to see the main Hub clearly and reach the weak spot.

Too close to the router? It won’t reach the weak spot.

Too far from the router? It won’t get a strong enough signal to repeat.

Ideal Spot: Halfway between the two.

Engineer Tip: Don’t be afraid to try it in different places, it will connect wirelessly to your YouFibre Hub or Hub Pro, it just needs to be near a power socket.
