You can use One Touch Switch to seamlessly move from most other providers to us on the same day. If One Touch Switch isn’t available, or you’d prefer to coordinate it yourself you can (with our help of course!) and means both services can run at the same time.
Before you start your switch
1. Check your contract
Look for your contract end date and check the terms and conditions to see if you’ll have anything to pay to cancel it and leave - like Exit Fees or Early Termination Charges. You might be able to get out of paying those fees if you’ve been getting really slow speeds, had a price hike mid-contract, or if you’ve got a complaint about the service.
Our promises can help ease the squeeze of switching
If you have fees to pay to leave your current contract, we’ll buy you out. Get up to £300 towards the cost of leaving if you join us for 18 months.
If we’re not already cheaper than your current broadband package over 18 months, we’ll happily match the price.
Terms apply to our promises, get all the details here.
2. Place your order with us
Check availability, choose your package and place your order online.
If you need a contract buy out (or for a price match), or you’d prefer not to use One Touch Switch - it’s best to get in touch via live chat, we’re available 24/7!
If you want to keep your home phone number you can choose to transfer it across. If you use One Touch Switch we’ll get in touch with your current provider to let them know, and arrange for your number to be ported over to us. Once your number port has completed, your current service will get cancelled.
Please don’t cancel anything until you’re up and running and happy with your service from us.
3. Book your install appointment
We’ll email you a link so you can book your install appointment. Find out what happens on install day here.
4. Tell your current provider you want to leave
You can use One Touch Switch and this will let them know automatically. If you’re still in a contract, you’ll need to give 30 days’ notice and there’ll probably be fees to pay.
If you’re not using One Touch Switch, please don’t cancel anything until you’re up and running and happy with your service from us.
Need help contacting your provider?
Here are some links to the contact and login pages for some of the other providers. Most of them have online chat, so you don’t even have to speak to anyone.
