Our price match promise means we’ll happily do some price-matching-maths on any offer that’s available to you from another provider (existing or new), and if it works out cheaper than ours, that’s what you’ll pay.
We’ll match like-for-like broadband speeds from other providers e.g. 1000 Mbps packages to our You1000 plan. Or we’ll match to the next available speed e.g. 750 Mbps to our You1000.
How does it work?

You’ll need to send us details of your offer as price match proof within 24 hours of ordering. You can email it to pricematch@youfibre.com
We’ll accept these as proof:
Existing provider order confirmation (email or letter)
New provider order confirmation (email or letter) e.g. ordered but not installed yet
Copy of the offer direct from the Provider’s website
Copy of the offer email or letter within the last 30 days
Your proof must include:
Your full address incl. Postcode - this should match your YouFibre order details
Speed of broadband product (in Mbps or Gb)
Monthly charge (in GBP)
Date of offer/quote
The Small Print
Price match is available when you join on our You200, You500 or You1000 packages only.
We'll match any existing broadband offer available to you when you show proof that the offer is applicable and available to you at the same address as your order with us..
We’ll calculate it The pPrice match will be calculated based on the total contract value with the alternative provider spread over an 18-month contract period.
We’ll include delivery costs, monthly router costs and set-up fees in our calculations.
We’ll exclude extras, add-ons, vouchers, gift cards, credits, or other rewards, in our calculations.
We can’t accept the following as proof:
Bank statements or screenshots of payments
SMS, Web chats or email transcripts of web chats
Proof provided from a comparison website (such as. USwitch, Money Supermarket)
We’ll match based on the speed of the package, not the name.
You’ll need to sign up on a minimum 12-month contract, you can’t use price match to join our rolling monthly contracts.
Social tariffs are excluded from being price matched.
