Did your BetterTV turned off on it's own?
Your BetterTV automatically goes into deep sleep after being inactive for a while. The LED light turns off to save energy.
If your BetterTV isn't coming on or showing any LED lights, it's probably in deep sleep mode or there's a power issue.
**How to wake it up from deep sleep: **Press the power button on either your remote or the side of your device. You should see a blue light appear.
If no lights appear, try these steps:
- Make sure you're using the power cable that came with your BetterTV—other cables might not work properly.
- Check the power cable is plugged into a working outlet.
- Try plugging the power cable into a different outlet.
- Switch the power off at the wall, wait 10 seconds, then switch it back on.
- Unplug the power cable from the back of your BetterTV, wait 3 seconds, then plug it back in.
