What can I do with the YouFibre App?

YouFibre has landed in an app store near you!

Download our app when you place your order so you can count down the days to your install.

If you’re firing on YouFibre already, use it to get help or micro-manage your broadband account like an online overlord.

Log in with the email address you have used for your YouFibre order, or you won’t be able to get in. And if you’ve already set up your My Account access, use the same password to log in.

On the go, or from the sofa, in the app you can:

  • Message us to get help

  • Ask us anytime, with in-app chat 24/7

  • Track your install

  • Check your bills and make payments

  • Change your payment date

  • Add a Secondary User to your account

  • Refer friends to earn cash

  • Troubleshoot if you are offline

  • Update your support needs – let us know about any additional care requirements

  • Do a speed test
