As a minimum, we guarantee you’ll get the advertised upload and download speeds for your package to your router when connected with a suitable grade Ethernet cable. Please note, that due to a number of environmental factors outside of our control, we are unable to guarantee a speed for your devices connected via WiFi.

Our minimum guaranteed speeds are calculated in line with the guidance from the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) by taking the midpoint between the fastest and slowest speeds for each package at peak times (8-10pm).
The actual speed of your service will depend on various things, some of which are outside of our control.
