If you have an Arris NVG578LX router you can set it up remotely from a mobile device and also:

• Set up a guest network

• View connected devices

• Check each of your devices’ Wi-Fi strength

• Create profiles for children to manage screen time

• Monitor network health

To access the Arris router settings GUI:

1. Use a mobile device that’s connected to the router wirelessly (Wi-Fi) or a PC/laptop that’s hard-wired (Ethernet cable)

2. Open a new internet browser

3. Type in http://192.168.1.254 to the address bar and hit enter

4. The router interface page will appear

5. To make changes you’ll need to enter the device access code - you can find this on the label on the bottom of your router

6. Enter the code and you’ll be given access to change the router settings
