How do I manage my broadband account?
You can manage everything to do with your broadband in My Account and the YouFibre app.
- Message us in the app
- Track your install
- Check your bills and make payments
- Change your payment date
- Add a Secondary User to your account

- Troubleshoot if you’re offline
- Renew your contract
We’ll add new features regularly so you’ll have more tools at your fingertips, like speed tests, usage tracking, and choosing add-ons.
You can access My Account on a desktop or mobile, or with the YouFibre app, and all with the same email address and password.
You need to use the email address associated with your YouFibre service. If you don’t you won’t be able to get in.

We’ll send you a login code so you can set a password.
