How do I sign up and log in to My Account?
Getting Started
Your YouFibre account lets you manage your service, view your bills, and update your details on the YouFibre app or the web portal. Logging in or signing up is simple. Just enter your email address and we'll take you to the right place.
Sign up or log in on the YouFibre app
- Download the app from the Google Play Store or App Store
- Enter your email address and select Continue. You'll be directed based on your account:
- If you're already registered, you'll be directed to the login screen – enter your password and select Log in
- If you haven't registered yet, you'll be guided through registration - you will be emailed a code to input and create a password

Sign up or log in to My Account
- Go to https://my.youfibre.com/auth/start
- Enter your email address and select Continue. You'll be directed based on your account:
- If you're already registered, you'll be directed to the login screen – enter your password and select Log in
- If you haven't registered yet, you'll be guided through registration - you will be emailed a code to input and create a password
Switched from brsk? Your old brsk login won't work here. We'll show you a "Welcome to YouFibre!" message and guide you through the registration.

Registering for the first time on YouFibre App or My Account
- Once you have entered your email address and selected Continue
- We'll send a 6-digit Authorisation Code to your email, enter it to verify your account
- Create a password (must contain at least 12 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character)
- You're all set! Select Continue to start using your account


I have forgotten my password
Select the reset password option on the login screen on app or web and follow the steps. No need to re-enter your email address first.
