How do I log in to My Account or the YouFibre app?

How do I sign up and log in to My Account?

Your YouFibre account lets you manage your YouFibre service, view your bills, and update your details. You can access it through the web portal or the YouFibre app. You'll need to register on the customer portal first before you can log in or manage your account services. Follow the registration steps below to get started.

Register on the web portal
  1. Go to https://my.youfibre.com/auth/register
  2. Enter the email address linked to your YouFibre order
  3. Click 'Send Code'
  4. Check your email inbox for a one-time code (it might be in your Spam folder)
  5. Go back to the portal and enter the code
  6. If the code is correct, create a password and re-enter it to confirm

**You're now logged in to your YouFibre account!

If your code didn't work, go back to the portal and request another code, then repeat steps 4 and 5.

Register on the YouFibre app
  1. Download the YouFibre app from the Google Play Store or App Store
  2. Now, open the app
  3. Click the 'Login' button
  4. At the bottom of the login page, under "New here?", click 'Sign Up'
  5. Enter your email address
  6. Click 'Send Code'
  7. Check your email inbox for a one-time code (it might be in your Spam folder)
  8. Go back to the app and enter the code
  9. If the code is correct, create a password and re-enter it to confirm

**You're now logged in to your YouFibre account on the app! **

Code didn't work? Go back into the app and request another code, then repeat steps 7 and 8.

Once you've registered you can log in to manage your account services, here's how to log in on the web portal or app:

Log in on the web portal

  1. Go to youfibre.com/myaccount
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Click Login

Log in on the app

  1. Open the YouFibre app
  2. Tap Login
  3. Enter your email address and password
  4. Tap Login

You're all set! Go ahead and view your account details, bills and other services.
