Do you have a referral programme?
Yes! Our Refer and Earn programme is a way to earn cash for introducing your friends, family, neighbours, or strangers to YouFibre.
We'll send you a unique referral code, it will be in your welcome emails and in the YouFibre app and My Account (in case you forget it).
When someone uses your unique code to place an order on our website or on the phone, you'll both get a cash reward after their service is installed and they've paid their first bill.

How does it work?
1. Grab your unique referral code from the YouFibre app or My Account.
2. Share it with friends and neighbours. Slide into their DMs, stick it in the group chat, add it to your socials or just shout it from the rooftops!
3. For every friend that uses your code when they sign up (on our website or over the phone - not with our local sales team, sorry), you'll earn up to £100 depending on the plan they choose. The faster they go, the more you earn.
They MUST provide your code at the point of order! It can't be added later.
4. Once your friend is installed and has paid their first bill, you'll both get your cash rewards paid directly into your bank accounts, it's a win-win!
How much can I earn?
Check the cash rewards currently available at youfibre.com/refer. There's no limit on how many people you can refer, or how much cash you can earn. The faster the speed they choose, the more you both earn.
Please note: We reserve the right to update the offers at any time. The cash payout will be based on the referral value available at the time of order.

We'll send you and your friend email updates - so keep an eye out.
How and when will my friend and I receive our cash reward?
You'll both get your cash rewards at the same time, after your friend has been installed and they've paid their first bill. The cash will be paid directly into your bank accounts, so you won't need to lift a finger!
My reward has been confirmed, but I've not received it?
It can take up to 60 days for rewards to be fully processed. The cash is only released once your friend has been installed and paid their first bill.
What should I do if I've forgotten my login details?
Don't panic - you can easily reset your password here.
Do referral rewards only count if the order is placed on the website or over the phone?
Yes. Unfortunately, you can't use a referral code if you are ordering with one of our local sales agents at your door.
My friend placed their order on the website using my code, but we've not had any updates?
If you have any issues with missing referral rewards or updates on the progress of a reward you can chat to our team in the YouFibre app.
Do referrals apply to all plans?
Yes, you can get a referral reward for all our plans from You 200 to You 8000, if they are on a 12-month contract. Our referral rewards do not apply to monthly rolling contract orders.
I'm not a YouFibre customer, can I still refer people?
No, I'm sorry, but only current YouFibre customers can refer friends and neighbours to YouFibre and get a reward. Why not join us too?
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No, there's no limit to how many friends and neighbours you can refer and no limit to how many rewards you can earn, so share your link far and wide. Shout it from the rooftops!
I need some help. What information will you need to investigate my referral issue?
It's useful for us to have the following information so we can look into it quickly:
Full name of your friend or neighbour
Full address (incl. postcode) of your friend or neighbour
Confirmation that they ordered on our website or over the phone and used your unique code
Confirmation that their service has been installed, and they have paid their first bill. An order reference would also be handy if possible.
