If you’re leaving us for good you must return all the Router and Wi-Fi Equipment we supplied to you. We’ll be able to confirm your cancellation when we’ve received everything.
Returning Equipment
We’ll pay for the cost of the return. Get in touch via Live Chat and we’ll send you a pre-paid postage label.

Condition of Router Equipment
You’re responsible for making sure that the Router and Wi-Fi Equipment is returned to us in good working order and undamaged, other than through fair wear and tear.
We’ll test everything and check for any damage beyond fair wear and tear.
Costs if you don’t return Router and Wi-Fi Equipment
You’ll be charged for the full replacement value of the Router and Wi-Fi Equipment if you don’t return everything within the 14 day period, or if we find damage other than through normal wear and tear. We may recover the charges using your usual payment method.
