Channels+ isn't working on PLEIO
If you're having trouble with the ad-supported Channels+ section, here's how to fix it.
Check your internet connection
Like all streaming services, Channels+ needs a stable internet connection. If you're experiencing buffering, check out our article "How do I fix buffering or poor picture quality?"
Check parental controls
The channel you're looking for might be hidden by your parental control settings:
- Go to Settings > Parental Controls
- Enter your PIN and check if any channels have been hidden or restricted
The channel might be temporarily offline
Since these channels are streamed from various providers, a channel may be temporarily unavailable due to a technical issue on their end. If you've followed the steps above and the channel still isn't working, try again later.
