What to do if an app on your PLEIO is acting out
If an app is freezing, crashing, or not loading properly, here are some quick fixes:
Close and reopen the app
- Go to the app, press and hold the 'OK' button,
- Select 'More Info', then choose 'Force stop'.
- Open the app again.

Restart your PLEIO**
A quick restart often fixes minor glitches:
- Unplug the power cable from the back of your PLEIO
- Wait 30 seconds
- Plug it back in
Clear the app's cache and data
Go to Settings > System Settings > Apps, select the troublesome app, and choose 'Clear cache'. If that doesn't work, go back and select 'Clear data' (you'll need to sign in again afterwards).
Reinstall the app
If nothing else works, the app might be corrupted.
- Uninstall it from Settings
- Then go to Apps, select the uninstall
- Then reinstall it from the Google Play Store.
