If you’re invited to manage a YouFibre Account as a Secondary User you’ll be able to view and pay bills on behalf of the Account Owner. If the account has YouPhone you’ll be able manage call diverts, too. You can't change contact details or alter the Direct Debit.
You’ll get an invite to set up a password and join their account. If you have your own YouFibre service, you’ll need to use a different email address as yours will already be linked to your YouFibre account.
The Account Owner can add or remove you at any time.
If your email address needs updating, they’ll need to remove you first, and add you again with your new email.
