Our Promises - No Surprise Price Rises

Fixed Price Plans so there’s no surprise rises

We won’t increase your broadband package price while you’re in a contract.

Your price will stay the same during the fixed term of your contract unless you choose to buy add-ons or to upgrade your speed.

Our terms and conditions and products may change at any time while you’ve got your contract with us, but we’ll always let you know about any important changes before they happen.

What happens at the end of my contract?

We’ll get in touch 40 days before the end of your contract with your options - to take out a new fixed term contract, move to a rolling monthly package, or leave.

Our Loyalty Promise means you can choose from the same offers available to new customers when you renew.

If you don’t choose to take out a new fixed term contract by your contract end date then you’ll pay our Monthly Rolling Package price, as set out in our Price Book at the time.
