How much cashback can I earn?
It depends on the broadband plan you choose. The faster the plan speed, the more you can earn - up to £100.
We may update the cashback amounts from time to time, so cash payouts will always be based on the cashback amount advertised for each plan at the time of order.
Can I get cashback on all YouFibre plans?
You can earn cashback on our 18-month Full Fibre broadband plans, but not on our rolling monthly contract plans.
You can’t claim cashback with any other offer.
How will I know when my cashback is ready to claim?
You’ll be kept up to date by our rewards partner Aklamio. They’ll email to tell you how close you are to getting the cash, and how to claim it when it’s ready.
Can I keep track of my cashback?
You can check your cashback progress online in our rewards portal at youfibre.aklamio.com.
Who are Aklamio?
Aklamio are our rewards partner. They run the programme for us and send all the emails, so keep an eye out and also check your junk folders. They are also the people to contact if you have any problems with the rewards portal. You can contact them at https://support.aklamio.com/hc/en-us
How do I claim my cashback?
Log in to your Aklamio user account at youfibre.aklamio.com with your e-mail address and password.
Click on your user account name, which opens a menu - click on Account Balance.
You will then be taken to the Payout menu, where you can choose to have your cashback paid out via PayPal or bank transfer.
Does the cashback reward expire if it isn’t claimed?
Yes, your cashback will expire if not claimed within 1 year from being confirmed, so keep a lookout for any emails from Aklamio. You can also check your rewards portal at youfibre.aklamio.com regularly while you’re expecting some cash.
My cashback has been confirmed, but I haven’t received it.
It can take up to 60 days for cashback rewards to be fully processed by Aklamio. You can track the progress online in the rewards portal at youfibre.aklamio.com.
What should I do if I’ve forgotten my login details?

Do the email-based cashback rewards only count if the order is placed on the website?
Yes. If we offer a cashback reward by email, only orders placed on our website will qualify for it. And you must register on the rewards website before you place your order – the link will be in the email. No registration, no cashback!
My cashback did not show on my order confirmation.
That’s OK! It won’t be on your order confirmation because the cashback reward is managed by Aklamio, our rewards partner. Instead, you’ll get an email from them to confirm your cashback reward up to 7 working days after your order has been confirmed.
