Use Google Assistant

The built-in Google Assistant makes finding what you want to watch and controlling your TV quicker and easier. Just speak into your remote to search for content, launch apps, or ask questions.

1. Press the Google Assistant button on your PLEIO remote (marked with a microphone icon)
2. Hold the remote close to your mouth and wait for the** 'I'm listening' message** on screen
3. Speak your command clearly into the microphone

The Assistant will process your request and show the results on screen.

What can I ask Google Assistant?

Here are some things you can do with Google Assistant:

1. Find TV shows and movies: Get instant results across all your installed apps: "Find films starring Tom Hanks" "Show me science documentaries" "Is The Great British Bake Off on this weekend?"
2. Open apps and channels: Jump straight to your favourite app or live channel without navigating through menus: "Open Netflix" "Go to Channel 5" "Open YouTube"
3. Control your TV: Adjust settings with voice commands: "Turn the volume up" "Mute the TV"
4. Get answers and information: Ask anything you'd normally search for on your phone: "What's the weather like in London?" "Tell me about the FA Cup Final" "How do you spell 'rhododendron'?"
