How do I turn on accessibility features?
Your PLEIO includes accessibility features to help tailor your viewing experience to your needs.
- Go to the 'Settings' option on your PLEIO
- Then select 'Accessibility'
These are the accessibility features on your PLEIO.
TalkBack (screen reader)
TalkBack provides spoken feedback so you can hear what's on screen, including menu options, settings, and programme titles.
**Turn it on: **
- Go to Settings > Accessibility
- Then select 'TalkBack' and switch it on.
Text and display options
- Text scaling: You can adjust the size of text on your screen to make it easier to read
- Bold text: Make text bolder to improve visibility
- Colour correction: This helps people with colour blindness by adjusting screen colours. Turn it on: Settings > Accessibility > Colour Correction
Audio descriptions
For programmes that support it, this feature provides an audio track describing key visual elements of the on-screen action, making it easier to follow a show without seeing the screen clearly.
Turn it on:

- Then select 'Audio Description'
