Parental controls let you manage what content can be watched on your PLEIO, keeping things safe and age-appropriate for everyone in the family.
How to Set Up Parental Controls
- From the PLEIO Home screen, go to the 'Settings' menu.
- Now select 'Parental Controls'.
What can you control?
- Video Content: You can restrict video content based on age ratings. You can set the TV to only show content rated -10, -12, -16, -18, or No rating, and any content rated above your chosen level will require the PIN to watch.
- Games: You can set age restrictions for games based on their PEGI ratings (3, 7, 12, 16, 18), so children only play games suitable for their age.
How do I set parental controls for games?
You can restrict which games can be played on your PLEIO based on age ratings.
- Go to 'Settings' on your PLEIO
- Select 'Parental Controls'
- Select 'Allowed Games'
- Choose the PEGI rating you want (3, 7, 12, 16, or 18)
Any games rated above your chosen setting will be locked and need a PIN to play.
