Switched from Wi-Fi to Wired (Ethernet) Connection

Our recommended internet speed for 4K streaming
To watch 4K content without buffering and for the best viewing experience, you'll need:
- Minimum speed: 20 Mbps or higher for UHD HDR (4K) content
- Recommended: A fibre broadband package for consistent performance
4K uses a lot more data than standard definition, so slower connections will cause buffering or reduced picture quality. Check your broadband speed to make sure you're getting what you need.
