Reset password for catch-up apps on PLEIO

Freely links to catch-up apps like BBC iPlayer, ITVX, and Channel 4, which use their own login details. If you've forgotten your password, you need to reset it directly through the app.

Reset your password

1. Open the player app on your PLEIO (BBC iPlayer, ITVX, Channel 4, etc.)
2. Look for the Sign In or Settings section
3. Select Forgot Password or Reset Password
4. The app will send a password reset link to your registered email address

Freely doesn't hold your player app passwords, so the reset must be done through the app's owner (BBC, ITV, Channel 4, etc.).
