The BetterTV mobile app adds some handy features to make watching easier:

How do I pair my phone for the first time?

On your BetterTV box:

• Go to Settings > Personalisation > Mobile App
• A 4-digit code will appear on your TV screen

On your phone:

• Download the BetterTV app from the App Store or Google Play
• Open the app and sign in
• Enter the 4-digit code from your TV screen
• That's it, you're paired!

Is your pairing code not working? Pairing codes only last a few minutes. Press and hold the Green button on your remote for 3 seconds to get a fresh code.
