Pair a Second TV Box

If you've got a second BetterTV box or a replacement, the process is slightly different since you already have the app installed.

On your new BetterTV box:

• Go to Settings > Personalisation > Mobile App

• A 4-digit code will appear on your screen

On your phone:

• Open the BetterTV app and go to Settings

• Select New box pairing

• Enter the code from your TV screen

Done! Your new box is now paired.
