What do I do if my PLEIO remote isn't working?

If your remote control is unresponsive or the buttons aren't working, follow these steps to get it working again.

Check and replace the batteries

1. Remove the back cover of your remote
2. Take out the batteries and replace them with a fresh set
3. Make sure they're inserted correctly according to the positive and negative terminals

Remove obstructions

Make sure there's a clear line of sight between your remote control and your PLEIO. Remove any objects that might be blocking the signal.

Re-pair the remote

If the batteries are fresh but the remote still isn't working, it may have become unpaired from your PLEIO.

1. Go to the 'Settings' menu on your TV
2. Then go to 'Remotes and accessories' and select '+ Pair accessory'
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to put your remote into pairing mode and re-pair it with your PLEIO
