Check your password

The most common issue is an incorrect password. Go to your Wi-Fi settings on PLEIO and carefully re-enter your Wi-Fi password. Remember, passwords are case-sensitive.

Restart your router and modem

A power cycle often solves connectivity issues:

  1. Unplug the power from both your router and modem
  2. Wait 30 seconds
  3. Plug your modem back in first and wait for it to fully restart
  4. Plug your router back in and wait for it to connect

While your network is resetting, restart your PLEIO by unplugging its power for 30 seconds. This ensures it reconnects properly to the network.
