- **Check you're on the right input: **Grab your TV remote and check you've selected the right HDMI input source. Most TVs have multiple HDMI ports (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc.), so try cycling through them until you see your BetterTV screen.
- Try a different HDMI port: Unplug your HDMI cable and try connecting it to another HDMI port on your TV. Sometimes individual ports can stop working.
- **Test with a different cable: **If you've got a spare HDMI cable lying around, try swapping it out. Cables can fail even when they look perfectly fine.
- Restart your BetterTV: If none of that works, unplug your BetterTV for 30 seconds, plug it back in, and turn it on again. That often sorts it.
