What to do if you are missing channels
If you find that you have some channels missing on your BetterTV, here are a few quick fixes to try.
Rescan for channels:
- Go to 'Settings' on your TV
- Select 'TV Channels'
- Select Re-scan to search for channels. Your BetterTV will search for all available channels.
Check your aerial connection
Make sure your aerial cable is plugged in properly at both ends. Freeview channels (1-830) won't work without an aerial, so if the cable's loose or disconnected, that'll be a problem.
Check your signal strength
Buildings, trees, or hills can block or weaken your aerial signal. If you can safely reach your aerial, try repositioning it slightly—even a small adjustment can make a difference.
