How do I find a channel on Channels+?

if you are looking for a specific channel in the Channels+ section, here are a few things to check if it is not visible:

Check if the channel is included

All available channels are on our curated list check the line up channel you're looking for might not be part of our curated list. Check the lineup: Visit our website for the full, up-to-date list of included channels Look for an app: The channel might be available as a separate free app on the Google Play Store

Check your Parental Control settings

Channels with content that might not be suitable for children can be hidden by parental controls.

1. From your PLEIO home screen, go to Settings (the gear icon on the far right)
2. Go to Parental Controls and check if any restrictions are hiding the channel
3. Enter your **PIN **if prompted, then adjust the **settings **to unhide the channel

Restart your PLEIO

A temporary glitch can sometimes cause a channel to disappear. A quick restart often fixes this.

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of your PLEIO
2. Wait 30 seconds
3. Plug it back in - your PLEIO will restart automatically

The channel might have been removed

Due to content agreements, channels on streaming platforms can sometimes be added or removed. If the channel isn't listed on our website and you don't have parental controls active, it may have been removed from the service.
