Can I add someone else to my account?

Yes, you can add up to three Secondary Users who can view your account and pay bills. They won’t be able to edit your contact details, or alter the Direct Debit.

If a Secondary User already has their own YouFibre account, they’ll need to use a different email address to access yours.

Once you have added a Secondary User, you can change their name and contact number. If you need to update their email address, remove them first, then add them again with the new email.

To set this up, log in to My Account or download the YouFibre app for iPhone or Android.

Secondary Users will get an invite to set up their own password and join your account.

They can’t change your personal or email details, or those of other Secondary Users.

Only Account Owners can add or remove Secondary Users. If you remove a Secondary User by mistake, you’ll need to contact us to add them back on again.
