Now that you are signed up, we are currently working on your area and we are aiming to get all customers installed as quickly as possible. It can take a little time for us to get your address ready for service but as soon as it is, you will receive an automated email to book your installation. As standard, there is a two-week window for us to make sure that all the relevant works are complete and pull the fibre to your property.
Once that has been done our installation team will attend on the day of the installation either during either the AM appointment time slot 8 am -1 pm or the PM time slot from 1 pm -6pm. (Please be aware that we can not guarantee that the specially requested times during the allocated time slots will be possible).
