If you’re on a monthly rolling commitment you can change your plan by giving us at least 30 days’ notice. The change will be reflected at the end of the notice period.
If you’re in an 18-month YF1000 contract, you are not allowed to swap to a different plan. But you are able to add extras such as YouMesh or YouPhone.
If you are on a lower speed and wish to upgrade, please contact our customer service team and we will let you know of this is possible under the terms of your current deal.
