It’s simple, just place your order and then contact your current provider to let them know you want to leave.
As YouFibre is independent of the OpenReach copper Infrastructure, please be aware that it is not possible for us to contact your current provider on your behalf to cancel for you.
If you would also link your phone service transferred over to us, you will need to sign up to either the YouPhone or YouPhone + service and send our customer service team a request including your current phone number to us either by Phone on 0800 270 00 00, via email on hello@youfibre.com.
