If you’re moving home and taking us with you, safely pack up your router and any mesh/boosters and power cables and bring them with you to your next property – we’ll use them when we get you reconnected in your shiny new home.
If you’re moving home and we’re saying goodbye (sad times, we will miss you!), you'll need to provide us proof of your new address so we can close down your account.
Important tip: Please make sure to pack your You equipment up and take them to your new address if we haven't collected them before you move. Our helpful Retentions team will tell you how to send everything back to us!
